1. Where to Promote the Companies

We are now ready to teach you how to submit data and your affiliate pay code links or hoplinks for any of the companies you choose from PayDotCom.com, ClickBank.com, CJ.com and/or Click2Sell as we have shown you how to do in Part 1 of Global-Data-Entry.

We will give you the best posting tools available on the Internet to assure you get paid for your efforts. 

The best way to use the posting tools we provide is to work with one company at a time, and submit that company using ALL the posting tools we offer.

Once you have posted one of your companies to all the posting tools, then you can choose another company from any of the three sources (PayDotCom, Clickbank, Commission Junction and/or Click2Sell) and post them using the same methods we show you in this part 2.


Try to target one company per day if possible

A good rule of thumb is to try to post one company a day using all the posting tools. After each month, you can start over with new companies you choose from pay admins, and so-on and so-on.

Of course everyone has a different amount of time they can spend doing this program so that is understood if you can't post one company a day. Just do your best and you will see as the income starts coming in, you will find more time.

You can post as many companies as you would like to these posting tools. With all the thousands upon thousands of companies that are available there should be no problem finding an unlimited amount of companies to post your data submissions using the posting tools we offer.

2. Data Submission Format

We are going to explain some of the formatting that will need to be done with some of your data submissions. You will need to know some basic terms that these posting tools will use.

Here are some of the terms needed in the format of your data submissions:

WEBSITE URL or URL: First as we have mentioned several times in this training, you DON'T need a Web site. So don't be scared if you see or hear the term "website" through the posting tools training. You will only need to know the URL portion which stands for "Uniform Resource Locator" and what it does is identify links on the Internet.

As an example, http://www.Yahoo.com would be the URL address for Yahoo so the Web can identify Yahoo's website and open it when entered. 


We don't want to complicate things here so we will not get too technical, and knowing what a URL is not important. What is important is you knowing what to input when you are asked for the "Website URL".

When ever you are asked for the "Website URL" or just "URL" you are going to put your pay code link/hoplink you received from the pay administrative account for each of the companies you post. This is how the Internet is going to identify you as the sender and credit your earnings back to your administrative accounts such as PayDotCom, Clickbank Commission Junction and/or Click2Sell.


* So when ever you are asked for a Website URL or URL, you are going to put your pay code link/hoplink.

TITLE or HEADLINE: In some of the posting methods you are going to need to input a title; also known as a headline. This will be the title or headline of the company you are doing the data submission for. This is why we have mentioned to take notes on each of the companies you are promoting from PayDotCom, Clickbank Commission Junction and/or Click2Sell. 

The title or headline will usually be around ten to twelve words. In these ten to twelve words you will need to highlight what exactly it is the particular company you are submitting for is selling or promoting on their website. 

For example, if you were submitting for a green tea diet company, your title or headline may read: 

"Top Green Tea Diet Can Lose You 30 Pounds in 8 Weeks" 

Note: We did not make any of this up as we did our research on the diet company and the website is stating this fact. So we just gathered it in our notes and applied it to a title/headline and did it in twelve words of less.

TITLE - HEADLINE CREATOR SOFTWARE
We have a great software program you can use to help you create creative titles and headlines for the companies. This software tool is of course FREE to use for our members. You can use this tool as many times as you would like, or simply use your own notes to create your titles and/or headlines.

DESCRIPTION: Along with a title/headline for each company, you may also need to enter a more descriptive submission for each company. In most cases you will have about 40 to 50 words to achieve this. You will use your notes for each company to create your description for the company's product or service.

Many times you can simply copy and paste a short paragraph from the company's website that will give a good detailed description of what it is they are selling or promoting.


Here is an example of how your description may look:

"We offer the latest comprehensive green tea research on catechin, EGCG and other topics.  We do not make any product weight loss or health claims, but rather present peer reviewed clinical research on these issues related to green and white tea so you can make your own informed decisions."

Note: Again we went directly to the company's website http://www.greentealovers.com and we copied and pasted their own words. So in a few seconds we have created a description.

So if you have an understanding of the URL, TITLE, and DESCRIPTION that may be asked to be submitted in some of the posting tools, you are ready to proceed to the posting tools.

3. Posting Tools
Here you will post one company at a time to posting tools one through five.

After you have posted the one company you will have the choice to select another company and follow these same posting tools instructions. 


What you are going to accomplish by posting your data submissions to the posting tools is: 
1.) Getting your company's pay code link/hoplink into Internet directories. 
2.) Getting your company's pay code link/hoplink placed into search engine indexing and rankings. 
3.) Helping the search engine indexing for your company's pay code link/hoplink by creating what is called back-links to your company through your pay code link/hoplink. 
4.) Announcing your pay code link/hoplink by typing data submissions in articles. 
5.) Placing your pay code link/hoplink on to Web pages like classifieds, Craigslist and Squidoo to name a few.

The objective is not so much to promote the company you choose, but to promote your link to the company. Here is where many data-entry submission programs fail by only focusing on the promotion of the company itself by just typing ads, and not the pay code links/hoplinks which is what will generate your income once indexed on the search engines for the long term. These methods are currently be used by Internet entrepreneurs to successfully create a residual income. 

We must focus on the long term. That is what we are going to have you do by using these posting methods we show you. Do note that many of these posting methods will create income for the short term as well, and many times in as little as a day or two after posting. Some may take a little longer, but once they start indexing they income grows like a wild fire.

We will list the posting frequency for each company in each of these tools, along with the destination where your pay code/hoplink will end up, and the approximate time it will take to post to the destination source so you start seeing results for successful data submissions.

We are going to give you detailed instructions on how to use all of the following tools. If you follow the directions we provide, these will be very simple processes to complete.

Some of the methods we use are done using automated posting software that will save you time from the old conventional methods that were used in the past.


Explanation of Destination, Result Time, Posting Frequency, and Follow Up Posting.

For each posting tool we will explain the following:
Destination: The destination for the posting tools is where your data submissions will end up.

Result Time: This is the amount of time it will take for the data submission to be posted and show up on the posting tool destination.

Posting Frequency: This is how many sites listed under each posting tool you should post to. For example, if it is the article posting tool, and there are 100 article directories, and the posting frequency is 5, then we would suggest to post to at least 5 article directories.

Follow Up Posts: We will list if you can re-post the same company again to the particular posting tool. If listed as okay to do a follow up post, we will tell you when it is good to do a follow up post.

Result Time:  1 to 2 weeks on average

posting tool. 

The object of this posting tool
The primary object of this tool is to post your pay code links/hoplinks to the search engines for indexing.

This means that after you have posted your pay code links/hoplinks, an automated bot, also known as "search spiders," will visit the
website of the company you are submitting from PayDotCom, Clickbank, C.J. and/or Click2Sell through your pay code links/hoplinks.

The company's
website you are submitting will tell the search engines how and where to index your pay code links/hoplinks, such as the search keywords or phrases it will show up under during a search.
 
How you can start earning money from this is simple. The search engines will post your pay code/hoplink you submit. It will use the companies
website page to get needed information to help index your link such as description of site, search keywords, etc.

So when someone types a keyword that is provided by the company, it will show your pay code links/hoplinks you submitted to the search engines through this posting method.

As mentioned in Part 1 of Global Data Entry, you will earn the posted amount the company is offering to pay you for your successful submission when it is searched and found on the search engines.

You will only need to submit your company's pay code links/hoplinks ONCE 
to this posting tool.

Posting Tool #2 -  Posting to Website Directories

Destination:  Hundreds of website directories
Result Time:  Posts Instantly

directories using this one tool.

The object of this posting tool
This is a very valuable posting  tool that will first help to index your company pay code/hoplinks you posted to the search engines in Posting Method #1.


The next way this will help is that the website directory we have you post to is linked to thousands of additional website directories that pick up your data submission and pay code/hoplinks which will give it good exposure.

This one directory you post your data submission to will be linked to hundreds and even thousands of additional website directories from all over the world.  The directory will do all of the work for you after you make your post.

This essentially will get your submission and pay code/hoplinks to in front of hundreds of search engines and thousands of website directories in the first couple of weeks. It is not uncommon for this process to produce upwards of a hundred thousand visitors to the company's website through your pay code/hoplinks.

You can do follow up posts with this tool. We will suggest to re-post the same company to this tool every 30 to 60 days. This is completely optional and up to you whether to re-post same company to this tool.

If you do re-post to this tool we will suggest to change your submission description from previous post you submitted initially.

The object of this posting tool
The previous two posting tools have focused on your links for longer term results. The next posting methods will focus on what is called "Web Announcements" which are designed to focus on getting more instant results by letting people know about the company and products you are posting.

One great method we have found is posting to free classifieds directories. In addition to a Web announcement this will also get your pay code links indexed on the search engines as well for the short term.

There are two types of free classified sites we will teach you; "Required Sign-up," and "NO Sign-Up needed." both types will be free to use with no additional costs.

Posting Tool #4 -  Posting to Craigslist Directories

Destination:  Craigslist classified directories

The object of this posting tool
One of the best posting tools on the Internet is Craigslist. This is the perfect place for your company's Web announcement, which is done through your data submission and pay code link/hoplink directly.

The reason Craigslist is one of the best Web announcement sites is that they have one of the largest amounts of traffic on the Internet.

Millions of people per day visit Craigslist which will give the best exposure for your company's data submission and pay code link/hoplink.

This is not so much to sell the company's product as much as it is to get your pay code/hoplinks exposure through a high-traffic source.


We will give you step-by-step instructions to submit your data submissions with this tool. We provide both video tutorial and text tutorial for your training.





Posting Tool #5 -  Posting to Article Directories

Destination:  Hundreds of article directories
Result Time:  24 to 48 hours -- for sites to approve article.

The object of this posting tool
With this tool we are going to give you the ability to post a short article about the company you are doing data submission for to hundreds of article sites.

We will give you two options to use to post your submissions. Once is a manual submitting option, and the second is to use an "auto-article submit" software we provide for free.

Using the manual option is very simple and it will take a little longer but is more effective than using the auto-submit software.

The auto-submit software will be faster to post your submission, but won't have the ability to post to the best article directories.

We leave the option you choose entirely up to you. If you were to talk to 100 of our members 50 would suggest the manual submit and 50 would suggest the auto-submit software.
