6. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of U.S.A applicable to agreements made and to be performed in U.S.A. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Work-From-Home-Training.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in U.S.A . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. 7. Program Presentation. In our home page (program presentation) and sub-pages we have presented what we offer to potential members to be to the best of our knowledge and based on our program's design and function. We have no intentions of deceiving potential members. What we presented are based on what we are offering and to presented to be true in our own view of the program we offer to potential members. Everyone has thier own thoughts, views and perception of what is being presented. For this we cannot guarantee that what we are presenting will be seen by potential members in the same way as how we are presenting it. We offer a 60-day refund policy which includes: The buyer has 60 full days from the date of original purchase date to request a full refund of their members fees they paid. The buyer will need to save their pay receipt sent by our 3rd party pay processor. The refund request must be made by e-mail to either HomeBizJobs@Yahoo.com or Support@Work-From-Home-Training.com. The buyer will be requested to send this pay receipt upon refund request by e-mail. Once the pay receipt is received our company will refund the original payment amount shown on pay receipt within 24 hours of receipt. Only refunds of original payment for members fees are to be refunded. Only requests made within the 60 days from purchase date will be refunded. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
